Our Story
Grace & Growth Alliance was born from a simple but powerful truth: many women are navigating life’s challenges without the support they truly need.
Life can change in an instant. Loss, hardship, broken relationships, and unexpected circumstances can leave women feeling overwhelmed, isolated, and unsure where to turn. Too often, the support they need feels out of reach or difficult to navigate.
For us, this isn’t just something we observed. It’s something we’ve lived.
Grace & Growth Alliance was built around a table with women of faith, sharing stories, walking through our own seasons of grief, loss, and rebuilding, and recognizing a deep need for something more. After experiencing the impact of loss, including the heartbreaking reality of domestic violence within our own lives, it became clear that women need more than scattered resources. They need connection, guidance, and a community that truly understands.
What began as honest conversations and a shared desire to help has grown into a mission-driven organization rooted in compassion, faith, and action.
Today, Grace & Growth Alliance exists to bridge the gap between crisis and restoration. Through initiatives like The Grace Hub, which connects women to trusted, vetted resources, and The Restoration Circle, where women gather for mentorship, workshops, and meaningful support, we are creating a space where healing and growth can take place.
Our vision is simple but powerful: to ensure that no woman has to walk through life’s hardest seasons alone.

Trisha Florence is the Founder and Board Chair of Grace & Growth Alliance, where she leads with a deep passion for people, community, and creating meaningful support for women navigating difficult seasons of life.
Grace & Growth Alliance was not created from theory. It was built from lived experience.
Through seasons marked by loss, grief, and personal hardship, including the devastating loss of a cousin to domestic violence, Trisha experienced firsthand how overwhelming life can become without the right support systems in place. Those experiences shaped her perspective and ignited a desire to help other women find strength, guidance, and community in the moments they need it most.
What began as conversations around a table with women of faith, sharing stories, encouragement, and a desire to do more, quickly grew into a clear vision. Together, they recognized a gap, not just in resources, but in safe, trustworthy, and compassionate support for women rebuilding their lives.
With a background in business ownership and a natural ability to lead and connect people, Trisha brings both structure and heart to Grace & Growth Alliance. She is committed to building an organization that not only connects women to trusted resources through The Grace Hub, but also walks alongside them through The Restoration Circle, where real growth, healing, and community take place.
Ela Ziembicki is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Grace & Growth Alliance, where she leads with a deep commitment to helping women rise from life’s most challenging seasons into strength, purpose, and faith.
With a natural ability to connect, lead, and empower, Ela brings both heart and transformation into every space she creates. Her work is rooted in guiding women through emotional healing, identity rebuilding, and stepping into the life they were always meant to live.
Through seasons of significant loss, personal hardship, high-conflict transitions, and rebuilding her life from the ground up, Ela understands firsthand what it takes to move from survival to rebuilding from the inside out. Those experiences didn’t break her, they shaped her calling.
While personal development played a role in her growth, her true foundation has always been her faith. In the moments where strength alone wasn’t enough, Ela leaned into her relationship with God, trusting His guidance through life’s most difficult seasons. That faith became her anchor and the source of her transformation.
With a background in leadership, coaching, and personal development, Ela has spent years helping women break through limiting beliefs, rebuild confidence, and step into their next level. Through Grace & Growth Alliance, she now brings that same transformation into a faith-centered, community-driven environment.

Aleks is a business owner, community leader, and passionate advocate for positive change. She believes that meaningful support begins with connection, and that every individual deserves to feel seen, valued, and empowered on their journey forward.
With a heart for service and a long-standing commitment to giving back, Aleks has been actively involved in charitable initiatives, community partnerships, and programs that strengthen and support those facing life's challenges. Her ability to bring people, resources, and opportunities together reflects her dedication to creating lasting impact within the communities she serves.
